Our Extended Day options expand the benefits of a traditional nursery school beyond the morning program. Families elect to participate according to their needs, signing up in advance or on the day needed.
Early Bird begins at 8:30 a.m. Children may bring a breakfast snack and enjoy quiet activities before the morning program begins.
Lunch Bunch meets from noon to 1:00 p.m. Children bring lunch, eat with friends and a teacher, and play afterwards.
Stay Day extends from noon to 3:15 p.m. (2:00 p.m. Friday). Children bring lunch and eat with friends and a teacher, separately from Lunch Bunch kids so they won’t feel the disruption of the 1:00 p.m. departure. They listen to stories, have a quiet period for rest or nap, and play outdoors or enjoy an extended story time afterwards.
